Industrial Millwright

We are looking for experienced Industrial Millwrights to join our team for short-term projects focused on industrial seal replacement and repairs. This role requires hands-on mechanical skills, physical endurance, and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the replacement and repair of industrial seals .

• Perform heavy manual labor, including grinding, lifting, and equipment positioning.

• Work alongside welders and other trades to complete project tasks.

• Safely use tools and equipment for grinding, material handling, and mechanical support.

• Maintain communication with team members and adhere to site safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a millwright or in heavy industrial/mechanical work.

• Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including grinding and lifting.

• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in an industrial environment.

• Team-oriented and safety-focused mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 12-hour shifts, project-based/short-term assignments.

• Overtime paid after 8 hours daily and all weekend hours.

• GSA per diem included in weekly paycheck (not cash) if qualifications are met.

• $1,500 travel in + $1,500 travel out paid upon successful job completion and client satisfaction if qualifications are met.
