Industrial Millwright
We are looking for experienced Industrial Millwrights to join our team for short-term projects focused on industrial seal replacement and repairs. This role requires hands-on mechanical skills, physical endurance, and a strong commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the replacement and repair of industrial seals .
Perform heavy manual labor, including grinding, lifting, and equipment positioning.
Work alongside welders and other trades to complete project tasks.
Safely use tools and equipment for grinding, material handling, and mechanical support.
Maintain communication with team members and adhere to site safety protocols.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a millwright or in heavy industrial/mechanical work.
Ability to perform physically demanding labor, including grinding and lifting.
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in an industrial environment.
Team-oriented and safety-focused mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
12-hour shifts, project-based/short-term assignments.
Overtime paid after 8 hours daily and all weekend hours.
GSA per diem included in weekly paycheck (not cash) if qualifications are met.
$1,500 travel in + $1,500 travel out paid upon successful job completion and client satisfaction if qualifications are met.
