As a plumbing Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting plumbing systems in new construction homes, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards. REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in residential plumbing, construction inspection, or quality control.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems, installation techniques, materials, and local/state plumbing codes in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia .
  • Certification: Plumbing license, inspection certification, or equivalent technical training preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans. Proficiency in completing inspection reports using digital tools or mobile applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify workmanship defects, code violations, and performance issues before they escalate.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain inspection findings and corrective actions to contractors, builders, and team members.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to recommend effective solutions for non-compliant installations.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk construction sites, climb ladders, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed for inspections.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple inspection assignments independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Licensing & Compliance: Must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and comply with all safety and OSHA standards.
