This full-time position is designed for an enthusiastic, compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a positive difference throughout the 2026-2027 school year. Your expertise will empower young learners to thrive in the classroom and beyond.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Georgia SLP license and teaching certificate
- Credentials or eligibility as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Strong background working with elementary-aged children in a school environment
- Understanding of a variety of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention approaches
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
- Organizational skills and flexibility within a dynamic educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students (grades K-5)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer in-classroom support and recommendations for effective language and communication strategies
