Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Loan Set-Up Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our processing team and loan officers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include sending the file to the investor to send out documents, locking loans, ordering title work, answering phone calls, scheduling appraisals, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication, keen follow up skills, and a friendly demeanor.
- Setting up incoming loans and routing them to the appropriate Investor. Confirming documents are out, signed, and ready to order appraisal and title work.
- Managing rate lock calendar and maintain a calendar for clients, appraisals, and title orders
- Organize notes in LOS system Arive, for transparency
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Contribute to company reports
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Collecting Documents
- Registering Loans with Investors
- High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred but not required
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Set-Up Assistant, processor, or in a similar data entry position.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
