IT Specialist

The IT Specialist is a strategic position that plays a pivotal role in the data integrity of key My Amazon Guy functions. The position is responsible for assisting the CTO and IT Department, maintaining and enhancing dashboards, data models, and data pipelines. Possess advanced analytical and decision-making skills. The role requires someone who is passionate about data quality, data analytics, and automation in order to drive business strategy. An ability to be an expert in problem-solving, critical thinking, and an understanding of complex system dependencies are essential in enabling the IT Manager to show where My Amazon Guy processes are broken and how those processes are affecting key data points. An individual with a strong passion to solve problems and improve data integrity will excel in this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
6. Proficient with computer security systems (Anti-Virus, Firewall, Two-Factor Authentication).
7. **Ability to understand and create charts, graphs, and data visualization models**
8. Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite applications
9. Experience with Microsoft Office
10. **Aptitude for learning new/different processes within the company to better understand other data architectures and workflows**
11. Knowledge of monday.com
12. **Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize**
13. Dedication to excellence and a quality output
14. **Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress)**
15. Deep knowledge and understanding of company systems including but not limited to 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Microsoft Office, Monday, Slack, Time Doctor, WordPress, and Zapier.
16. **Knowledge of API development for database integration desired but not mandatory**

**Qualifications:**

* 1+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk role
