- Maintain accurate data within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Review and approve payroll
- Prepare a working capital report on a weekly basis for the Regional Finance Manager
- Assists with the production of annual budgets and forecasts for the organization
- Implementation of cross training within the Accounting Department
- Review and investigate accounting errors, discrepancies and reconciling items for the organization
- Develops and documents written accounting policies and procedures for the organization
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
- Provide regular reports to the enterprise and evaluate company goals
- Enforce company policies consistently and fairly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or pursuit of certification is a plus
- Minimum of 2-5 years of audit experience in Public Accounting
- Strong proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Strong proficiency in accounting and ERP database software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant business applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the strategic impact of financial decisions
Willingness and ability to travel to Member Firms for on-site support and finance team meetings
