Are you ready to lead a team of passionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to our furry friends? Alpharetta Veterinary Specialty and Emergency is hiring for a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our outstanding Emergency Services Team!

This opportunity is a full-time role of 40 hours per week. Based on experience, starting at $30/hr. *An additional $2/hr shift differential is offered on eligible shifts. Three 12-hr shifts OR Four 10-hr shifts. Requires weekends, Holidays, and on-call rotation availability. Must have a willingness to be flexible to accommodate dynamic and fluctuating hospital needs.

How You Will Make An Impact:

As the Emergency Services Clinical Supervisor , you'll play a pivotal role in the training, administration, and cohesive teamwork on the floor . By collaborating closely with the management team, you'll ensure high-quality and comprehensive medical services to enhance the client and patient experience. Your responsibilities will encompass scheduling, training, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere among team members. This position is largely responsible for identifying gaps in protocols and processes, communicating protocol changes, organizational/hospital news, staffing changes, and/or other pertinent information in a positive and timely fashion.

This role is 90% technical and 10% administrative
