Position Summary
Food Bar Staff Members prepare, stock, and serve fresh, made-from-scratch items at the food bar in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to quality, excellent customer service, and food safety while helping deliver a welcoming, country-style dining experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare, portion, and stock food bar items according to recipes and company standards

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the food bar and prep areas

• Monitor food temperatures and freshness to ensure safety and quality

• Assist with plating, packaging, and serving food for to-go customers

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service at the food bar counter

• Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste

• Work as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality service

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Pay Range
The pay range for this position begins at $12.00 per hour and varies based on the experience of the applicant.
