Position Summary
Food Bar Staff Members prepare, stock, and serve fresh, made-from-scratch items at the food bar in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to quality, excellent customer service, and food safety while helping deliver a welcoming, country-style dining experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Prepare, portion, and stock food bar items according to recipes and company standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the food bar and prep areas
Monitor food temperatures and freshness to ensure safety and quality
Assist with plating, packaging, and serving food for to-go customers
Provide friendly, helpful customer service at the food bar counter
Rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste
Work as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality service
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Prior food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Strong teamwork and communication skills

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Pay Range
The pay range for this position begins at $12.00 per hour and varies based on the experience of the applicant.
