We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative needs of Executive(s)
• Maintain multiple spreadsheets and reports; ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Communicate both written and verbally with customers
• Communicate both written and verbally with high level executives
• Prepare estimates for customers
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• All other duties asked by management

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
• Construction industry experience PREFERRED, but not required
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL REQUIRED
• Ability to meet deadlines routinely
• Expert Microsoft Word and Excel skills REQUIRED
