Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Job Description We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Analyst to support our customer's strategic growth initiatives into 2026. This role will play a critical part in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong focus on supporting the implementation of Planful and driving insights across the full P&L. Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (after onboarding) ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage full P&L analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis - Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business decision-making - Identify financial risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership - Support recurring financial reporting and ad hoc analysis for executive stakeholders - Lead development and maintenance of three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
