Position: Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Our medical spa is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled licensed aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings a genuine passion for skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments, a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, and the professionalism to communicate with clarity, care, and confidence.
Responsibilities:
Offer and perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, cryotherapy, and customized facial and body treatments. Provide skin analysis assessments and consultations to determine the best treatment plan for clients. Recommend targeted skincare products and personalized at-home regimens that enhance and maintain treatment outcomes. Provide expert education on personalized skincare techniques and post-treatment care, enhancing client confidence and long-term results. Diligently document client's history of services and results, noting any allergies or skin conditions to ensure safe and personalized care. Observe strict cleanliness and sterilization of all equipment. Adhere to all legal, ethical, and regulatory standards governing esthetic procedures while maintaining strict client confidentiality.
Key requirements:
Current Esthetician license. Knowledge of skincare products and treatments. Excellent time management skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time
Salary: $19 Hourly Pay + Tips & Commission
