Supervisory Physician - Work from home

Please note that you must be a Physician to apply for this position and live in or around the Sandy Springs, Georgia area.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing common illnesses, providing specialist referrals when appropriate
- Educating patients in disease prevention and health maintenance, as well as show clear and detailed follow ups with patients
- Preparing medical records and clinical reports
- Administering examinations, vaccinations and diagnostic testing as necessary.
- Being board certified in Family or Internal medicine is pivotal to treating the target community.
- Preference will be given to those MDs already credentialed with insurances
Requirements:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Doctor
Other:
- On-Call for Home visiting Nurse Practioners
- Work from home position but will need to be available to come into the office
