Minimum Qualifications:

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Have or ability to obtain Lift Truck Certification.

· Work in dusty / dirty environment.

· Good reading comprehension skills.

· Expected to maintain all housekeeping items and follow all

· housekeeping procedures associated with the position.

· Expected to follow all safety regulations associated with the position.

· Responsible for other various job duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Tasks:

· Operate & work from a Genie boom

· Operate a Lift Truck

· Clean grounds outside the building

· Be able to perform other duties as requested by management
