Your Impact: What You'll Be Doing:

As the master of our yard, you will be trusted to:

• Yard Trailer Movement: Expertly and safely move trailers to assigned locations for loading and unloading, keeping our operations flowing smoothly.
• Be Our First Line of Defense: Conduct meticulous pre-trip inspections on spotter trucks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain Command and Control: Accurately track all trailer positions and yard movements, ensuring perfect organization.
• Drive Team Success: Act as the central point of communication, collaborating with our warehouse and operations teams to coordinate trailer flow.
• Uphold Our Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

The Blueprint for Success: What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a professional who is ready to contribute to our tradition of reliability and customer-focused solutions:

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a current DOT Medical Card .
• A clean driving record that reflects your commitment to safe operations.
• Active compliance with the DOT FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a yard spotter or similar CDL role is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to operate yard tractors with skill and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills—you’re a natural collaborator!
• The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility and availability for 12-hour day or night shifts, including weekends.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Your Rewards: Excellent Pay & Comprehensive Benefits:

We value your hard work and offer a competitive package to match:

• Competitive Hourly Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour.
• Night Shift Differential: Earn an additional $0.50 per hour.
• Excellent Earning Potential: Overtime is paid after 40 hours, with typical weeks running 48-60 hours.
• Weekly Pay: Consistent paychecks via direct deposit.

Schedule & Safety

• Shifts: Stable 12-hour shifts.
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Required PPE: Steel toe boots, safety vest, and safety glasses are required on site.
