Building Facilities Manager - DSC

• Oversee daily facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts.
• Partner with leadership to ensure operational excellence and sustainability.
• Lead inspections, budgeting, and capital improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary contact for all maintenance and building support needs.

• 5+ years' facilities or property maintenance experience (commercial or multi-tenant).
• Strong mechanical, safety, and vendor management expertise.
• Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA 10/30 certification required; FMP/CFM preferred.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
