**What You'll Do**
+ Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for wireless and broadband billing solutions.
+ Transform business ideas and requirements into clear, prioritized features and actionable user stories.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including business stakeholders, IT, and engineering-to deliver high-impact solutions.
+ Lead SAFe Agile ceremonies and foster alignment across teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
+ Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and communication bridge.
+ Analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform and evolve product direction.
+ Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance product capabilities and streamline decision-making.
+ Continuously gather feedback, monitor performance metrics, and refine product features to drive ongoing improvement.
**What You'll Bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
+ 5+ years of product management experience in telecom, with a focus on wireless and broadband billing systems.
+ Deep domain expertise in telecom billing processes, revenue assurance, charging, invoicing, and regulatory requirements.
+ Proven ability to lead within SAFe Agile frameworks; SAFe certification highly desirable.
+ Strong relationship-building skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
+ Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
+ Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Our Lead Tech Product Mgr, earns between $143,800-$215,800 USD Annual , Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
