Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, glassware, mixers, ice, garnishes, and other supplies before, during, and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and backbar areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards and airport-specific regulations)
• Assist in receiving and properly storing deliveries, ensuring all items are rotated and dated appropriately
• Remove used glassware and barware throughout service and ensure all items are cleaned, sanitized, and returned promptly
• Support bartenders during peak service by prepping ingredients, refilling stations, and ensuring smooth service flow
• Monitor equipment functionality (e.g., refrigerators, ice machines) and promptly report any maintenance needs
• Uphold all safety procedures including spill cleanup, proper lifting techniques, and compliance with PPE guidelines
• Help create a welcoming, refined atmosphere for guests, showing attentiveness and professionalism at all times
• Collaborate with the entire lounge team to create a premium and memorable environment for travelers seeking rest, sophistication, and refreshment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bar support or hospitality preferred; airport or high-volume lounge experience a plus
• Understanding of bar operations, safety, and sanitation best practices
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• A polished, professional demeanor and a passion for service excellence
• Must pass airport background check and comply with all security regulations
• Must be 18 years of age or older
