In this role, you’ll manage core laboratory responsibilities with meticulous attention to accuracy and safety. Key duties include performing and validating chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and transfusion-related testing as assigned; operating and maintaining automated analyzers and manual methods; conducting rigorous quality control and proficiency testing; investigating and resolving results that don’t align with expected patterns; documenting all procedures in accordance with SOPs; and communicating critical findings promptly to the clinical team. You’ll interpret data, troubleshoot instrumentation, participate in method validations, and contribute to continuous improvement projects that elevate efficiency and reliability.
