Luxury Spa Sales Manager
About the Role:
Join our expanding spa brand as a Luxury Spa Sales Manager and take the lead in helping clients experience wellness at its finest. You'll focus on client engagement, service presentation, and building meaningful relationships that drive both satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide clients through spa services, memberships, and promotions.
Lead sales initiatives to increase membership and client retention.
Collaborate with marketing to develop client campaigns and follow-ups.
Oversee client satisfaction and ensure a premium guest experience.
Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet monthly targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, retail, or hospitality.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong interest in luxury beauty, wellness, or spa industries.
Confident, goal-oriented, and team-focused.
