Part Time Youth Pastor/Leader
This position will report to and work under the supervision of the Pastor.
1. Committed disciple of Jesus Christ that seeks after Him, longs to love and serve Him, and is committed to spiritual growth with biblical moral standards.
2. Able to build strong relationships and work well with the entire church body.
3. Willing to preach/teach biblical truth and deal with the complex issues facing families today with counseling youth and providing support for parents.
4. Able to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate effective aspects of ministry along with managing budgeted funds within the youth ministry.
5. Provide overall direction and vision for the youth ministry.
6. Organize and train youth volunteers. Ensure all volunteers are background checked.
7. Disciple youth in their faith to uphold the Great Commandment and fulfill the Great Commission.
8. Provide opportunities for youth inside and outside the church such as youth lead worship, summer camp, etc.
