As our Small Engine Mechanic & Facility Supervisor , you’ll play a critical role in supporting field teams, ensuring our equipment is always ready to go, and helping our operations stay efficient and safe.

What You’ll Do:

· Repair & maintain  small engine equipment (Stihl handheld tools, Exmark, Gravely & Walker mowers)

· Troubleshoot and service  2-cycle and 4-cycle engines

· Manage preventive maintenance  schedules for all equipment

· Handle minor repairs  on trucks, trailers, tires, lights, and wiring

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and facility

· Load Debris into Dumpster as needed

· Maintain 

· Order and track  tools, parts, and supplies as needed

· Support crews  by preparing and staging equipment for jobs

· Report facility issues  and help oversee shop safety compliance

· Job description is subject to change as needed

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven  experience in small engine repair  (certifications a plus)

· Familiarity with  Stihl, Walker, Exmark, and Gravely  equipment

· Working knowledge of  trailer & light vehicle maintenance

· Ability to  diagnose and fix issues quickly

· Strong attention to detail and pride in your workspace

· Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of responsibility

· Willingness to grow with a fast-paced, family-oriented team
