Were growing and looking for an exceptionalRegistered Nurse OnCall (RNOC)to join our Care Family. Youll work alongside an incredible interdisciplinary teamphysicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and volunteersall united by one mission:providing comfort, peace, and compassion when it matters most.

What Youll Do

As anOnCall Registered Nurse, youll provide holistic, skilled nursing care to hospice patients and their families outside of normal business hours. Your role is essential in guiding patients with dignity and supporting loved ones with confidence and compassionespecially during critical moments.

In this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care using the nursing process
• Collaborate closely with the Interdisciplinary Team
• Perform admissions, followup visits, and patient pronouncements
• Manage pain and symptoms with confidence and expertise
• Educate patients and families and evaluate outcomes
• Offer compassionate support to families at the time of death
• Maintain high standards of clinical competence and professionalism

What Were Looking For

Required:

• Active GeorgiaRegistered Nurselicense
• Ability to work a7 days on / 7 days offrotation
• Strong clinical assessment and timemanagement skills
• Comfort performing admissions and pronouncements
• Passion for patientcentered, compassionate care
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the team
  

Preferred Experience:

• Hospice case management
• Critical Care, Surgery, or Oncology nursing
