Job Summary

We’re hiring a Director of Operations to lead all operational aspects of the agency and ensure excellence across departments. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll optimize workflows, manage department leads, and guarantee consistent, high‑quality delivery for every client. This VP‑level role is ideal for an experienced digital operations leader ready to own operations in a growing boutique agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production teams: SEO, PPC, content, social, web development, and account management.
• Improve team efficiency, utilization, and profitability.
• Oversee project timelines, capacity planning, and workload distribution.
• Support account managers and handle high‑level client escalations.
• Partner with the CEO on quarterly planning, staffing, and agency growth initiatives.
• Implement and refine project management systems, SOPs, and performance metrics.
• Champion adoption of AI marketing tools and processes to scale service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in agency or digital marketing operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, PPC, analytics, web, social).
• Proven record managing cross‑functional teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Experience implementing PM systems and workflow tools (capacity planning, resourcing, reporting).
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on operational execution.
• Comfortable with remote work and quarterly travel to Atlanta, GA.
