Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Business Development Representative to support strategic growth throughout the Southeast territory. This role involves travel across regional states and offers a strong opportunity to join a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with general contractors, builders, architects, engineers, glass companies, property owners, and facility managers

• Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline across the Southeast region

• Conduct proactive outreach through networking, referrals, and follow-ups

Client Outreach and Sales Engagement

• Lead client meetings and sales presentations with architects, general contractors, government agencies, school districts, and ESCOs

• Present tailored proposals that align with client needs and project specifications

• Leverage existing contract vehicles to streamline the sales process

Account and Project Management

• Conduct site surveys and read building plans for accurate estimating

• Use NetSuite CRM and ERP to manage sales activities and follow-ups

• Monitor and respond to invitations to bid via BuildingConnected, and track opportunities through Reed and ConstructConnect

Industry Engagement

• Participate in industry associations such as BOMA, IFMA, ASIS, and IWFA

• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience

• Experience in construction, building products, glazing, commercial services, or facility solutions is preferred

• Strong communication and project management skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of 80,000 to 95,000 per year

• Uncapped commission
