As a privately owned, fee-for-service practice specializing in Cosmetic, Surgical, and General Dentistry, we’re not your typical dental office. We’re on a mission to redefine the dental experience for both patients and our team. Here, you’re not just managing a schedule, you’re helping build relationships that last.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the warm, welcoming face and voice of our practice

• Schedule and confirm appointments for new and existing patients

• Check patients in and out with accuracy, kindness, and efficiency

• Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy

• Maintain detailed, organized patient records using dental software systems

• Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and clinical teams to ensure a smooth, world-class experience for every guest

Schedule & Hours

• Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
  (32–36 hours/week)

Pay: $24-27
