We are a fast-growing repossession and recovery company providing reliable, professional, and efficient services. Our team takes pride in handling each assignment with integrity, precision, and respect. We are looking for motivated and dependable Repossession Agents to join our crew.

Position Overview:
As a Repossession Agent, you will be responsible for safely recovering vehicles and other collateral on behalf of our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay & Benefits:

• Weekly earnings ranging between $700 and $3,000+ (based on performance, effort, and completed recoveries)

Responsibilities:

• Locate and secure vehicles or other assets for recovery

• Operate tow trucks and recovery equipment safely and efficiently

• Accurately document all recoveries using company technology/tools

• Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and occasionally with debtors

• Maintain compliance with company, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Prior repossession or towing experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training)

• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
