Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team in Lagrange, GA, 30240. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and accurately, ready for shipment to our valued customers. Shift: 7A-7P
Responsibilities
- Carefully pack products into boxes or containers, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Label packages clearly and accurately, following company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking packaged items and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in packing or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring items.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
