Jackson Basic Training Soldiers and Cadre, and additional outlets at major military bases, we’ve become one of the most influential military apparel vendors in the U.S.

What You’ll Do:
As a Store Employee at Recon Wear, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in finding the perfect military apparel and merchandise.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Representing Recon Wear’s commitment to quality and service with a friendly and professional attitude.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and a customer-focused mindset to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
