- Help manage and train the studio team, including training, scheduling support, daily task management, and performance accountability.
- Assist with interviewing and hiring new team members to build a strong, service-focused studio staff.
- Foster a high-energy, motivating studio culture through team engagement, contests, and incentives.
- Lead by example through hands-on participation in all studio activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient studio environment.
- Uphold and reinforce Icebox brand standards and culture across all client touchpoints.
- Build strong relationships with clients to personalize their experience and enhance retention.
- Educate clients on Icebox services and wellness benefits.
- Deliver the highest level of hospitality and customer care.
- Support and help execute an effective sales process, including lead generation, membership conversion, and revenue goal achievement.
- Coach teammates on sales best practices and service recommendations.
- Track KPIs and partner with the Regional Manager to continually improve studio performance.
- Work closely with the Regional Manager on operational execution, team development, and studio performance.
- Participate in leadership check-ins, receive coaching, and help implement directives and studio-wide initiatives.
- Assistant Manager or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- 1–2 years of sales experience required (wellness, fitness, spa, or membership-based sales a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and support operational excellence.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and polished professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and support both client and staff needs.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with studio software systems.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, recovery, or health-focused lifestyles.
- 5–8 hour shifts
- Studio open 7 days a week
