What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout office areas common spaces entry points parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access activity and visitor movement within the location helping to confirm that only authorized individuals enter restricted or controlled areas.
• Support day-to-day operations at a technology-focused corporate location by reporting maintenance concerns policy violations and/or potential hazards observed during patrols and routine duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 years of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
