Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract job with a client in Atlanta, GA . The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-level Governance, Risk & Compliance initiatives and drive risk, compliance, and security programs aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Rate Range: $49.24/hour to $64.39/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead enterprise programs across risk assessments, control assurance, compliance initiatives, and audit preparedness.

• Define program scope, deliverables, governance structures, and success metrics aligned with regulatory and security objectives.

• Partner with the CISO, risk owners, and auditors to support enterprise-wide risk reduction, regulatory alignment, and policy governance.

• Drive implementation and optimization of platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer) including tool deployments and process enhancements.

• Provide strategic reporting to leadership, ensuring transparency, alignment, and actionable insights on cybersecurity and compliance risks.

Desired Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management with a strong background in Governance, Risk & Compliance.

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards including NIST , ISO 27001 , SOC 2 , SOX , and GDPR .

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with experience collaborating across CISO teams, business units, and audit groups.

• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow , Archer , and other enterprise compliance or risk management platforms.

Pay Details: $53.03 to $68.18 per hour
