Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technicians to work in the beautiful Middle GA Lake Country area. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a background in maintaining industrial machinery and systems. Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills, including motor controls, VFDs, and sensor-based systems.
• Expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.
• Demonstrated experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) troubleshooting and programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Solid mechanical aptitude, including experience with power transmission, bearings, and rigging.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders

Participate in preventive & predictive maintenance

Inspect and test machinery and equipment (mechanical and electrical systems)

Diagnosis and repair of equipment

Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair production machines

Maintain electrical equipment

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 60lbs

Skills

• Electronic Maintenance (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Mechanical Maintenance (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Electrical (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Industrial (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Blueprint Reading
• Hydraulic maintenance (5 years of experience is preferred)
• PLC (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Computer skills
