Sr Project Manager
About the Role
A leading multi-brand restaurant organization is scaling a high-visibility growth initiative focused on strategic retail partnerships —embedding its quick-service restaurant brands within major retail environments nationwide.
This Project Manager will own delivery of two complex pilot implementations launching Fall 2026 , partnering with Fortune 50 retail organizations . The role sits at the intersection of technology delivery, product strategy, and executive stakeholder management , with direct visibility to leadership.
You will bring structure, governance, and delivery discipline to initiatives that are strategically defined but still operationally evolving.
What You’ll Own
First 90 Days
- Stand up project governance for two strategic retail partnership pilots
- Align Product, Technology, Operations, and external retail partners on:
- POS integration strategy
- Loyalty program alignment
- Operational process design
- Establish and manage:
- Project schedules and milestones
- Budgets and forecasts
- Risk registers and mitigation plans
- Stakeholder communication cadence
Ongoing Responsibilities
- Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communication across two concurrent pilot programs
- Navigate ambiguity and evolving requirements while maintaining momentum toward fixed delivery dates
- Translate technical complexity into executive-ready, visual communication artifacts (e.g., swim lanes, dependency maps, high-level architecture diagrams)
- Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) and multiple external partner organizations
- Proactively manage expectations by identifying risks early and offering practical mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience , ideally within technology delivery or systems integration
- Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder programs with ownership of:
- Budget
- Schedule
- Risk management
- Executive and partner communications
- Strong experience working in matrixed environments with incomplete or shifting requirements
- Proficiency with:
- Project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
- Proven ability to communicate at an executive level , simplifying technical detail into clear, business-focused narratives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality technology
- Experience with POS systems, loyalty platforms, payments, or systems integration
- Exposure to multi-brand or franchise operating models
- Experience managing vendor relationships and external technology partners

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
