Account Manager, SMB
At JFrog, we’re reinventing DevOps to help the world’s greatest companies innovate -- and we want you along for the ride. This is a special place with a unique combination of brilliance, spirit and just all-around great people. Here, if you’re willing to do more, your career can take off. And since software plays a central role in everyone’s lives, you’ll be part of an important mission. Thousands of customers, including the majority of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production -- a concept we call “liquid software.” Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?
We are looking for a driven, empathetic, and strategic Account Manager to join our SMB Sales team.
In this role, you will be the engine of growth for our SMB segment, transforming inbound interest into long-term partnerships. You will bridge the gap between initial curiosity and full-scale product adoption, ensuring our customers realize the power of "Liquid Software" through strategic expansion and renewals.
As an Account Manager, SMB in JFrog you will...
- Drive full-cycle sales growth by identifying and closing new business and upsell opportunities within the SMB customer portfolio.
- Scale product adoption by analyzing usage metrics and proactively consulting with customers to remove obstacles in their DevOps journey.
- Architect strategic sales plans that maximize the ROI for customers while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly expansion and renewal quotas.
- Execute cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Legal to streamline complex deal cycles and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Optimize the lead-to-close ratio by partnering closely with SDR/BDR teams to capitalize on high-intent inbound leads.
- Pioneer data-driven growth by leveraging BI tools and CRM insights to forecast results and target campaigns for maximum market impact.
To be an Account Manager, SMB in JFrog you need...
- 3+ years of experience in subscription-based software sales or high-performing SDR/BDR roles.
- Proven track record of owning the full sales cycle and consistently meeting or exceeding carrying quotas.
- Technical proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and advanced data analysis in MS Excel.
- Strong communication skills with a "Froggy" spirit—positive, energetic, and highly responsive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting usage metrics to drive business value and customer loyalty.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $75,000 to $90,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
- JFrog provides employees comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more!
