Job Description:
As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient towing services to our customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to towing requests promptly and professionally.
- Safely operating tow trucks and ensuring proper loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Assisting customers with roadside emergencies, including flat tires, battery jumps, and lockouts.
- Maintaining accurate records of services rendered and vehicle condition.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks on towing equipment.
- Upholding company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in towing is mandatory with a 3 years minimum.
- CLEAN MVR**VALID MEDICAL CARD.
- 3 years verifiable experience is mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
