Estimator - Commercial / Multifamily Construction

General Contractor in Atlanta is actively seeking an Estimator to join their team. This is an on-site opportunity open to candidates ranging from entry-level to senior-level , offering the chance to work on ground-up commercial and multifamily projects .

This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a company with a strong pipeline of work and clear opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up commercial and multifamily projects
• Review plans, specifications, and project scope
• Assist with or lead the bidding process depending on experience level
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Support value engineering and cost analysis

Qualifications

• Experience with ground-up commercial and/or multifamily construction required
• Open to entry-level through senior-level candidates
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with estimating software is a plus
