We are currently seeking proficient and experienced Wildlife Exclusion Specialists to join our esteemed team. As a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist at Xceptional Wildlife Inc., your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks related to wildlife removal and exclusion, including:

Responsibilities:

• Skillful assessment, planning, and execution of wildlife exclusion strategies
• Thoroughly inspecting properties for entry points and vulnerable areas
• Safely and effectively sealing off access points to prevent wildlife intrusion
• Installing barriers and deterrents to prevent future wildlife encounters
• Collaborating seamlessly with team members to ensure efficient project completion
• Strictly adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment
• Be actively involved with the community.
• Comfortable with heights and ladders.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable expertise as a Wildlife Exclusion Specialist, with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience or ROOFING experience is acceptable.

• Some familiarity with wildlife behavior, entry points, and exclusion techniques.
• Adeptness in using tools and materials to seal and secure properties effectively.
• Keen attention to detail coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness and capability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with an unwavering commitment to delivering superior results.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
