Position: AR Billing Specialist
Pay: $25–$29/hour
Location: Norcross, GA – In-Office – Temp to Hire
Reports To: Finance Manager

Overview:
A dynamic company is seeking an AR Specialist to join its Finance team due to the company’s growth. This role will be responsible for handling their high volume of billing, invoices, collections, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have exposure to the SaaS industry, processing deferred revenue, be tech-savvy with a strong understanding of GAAP, and have excellent communication skills. This position utilizes Epicor, QuickBooks, and Excel and supports both internal and external financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily Billing AR transactions in Epicor after shipments are processed – deferred revenue with the SaaS model
• Invoice daily hardware shipments and monthly service renewals -$1M-$3M/month
• Accurately apply check, cash, and credit card payments
• Conduct collection calls and follow up on outstanding balances
• Act as contact for vendor and customer inquiries
• Record credit card charges and assist with bank reconciliations
• Reconcile AR accounts for audit and tax purposes
• Resolve internal accounting tickets and assist with general finance admin tasks
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred – Associates required
• 1-3+ years of AP/AR experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, including deferred revenue
• Proficiency with Epicor, QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Preferred
• SaaS experience a plus – highly preferred, but can teach
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and customer service mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
