Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable stay for our guests by ensuring guest rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities.
• Ensure guest rooms and corridors are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent service with professionalism.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.
• Follow all hotel policies, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take initiative
• Physically able to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs., and stand/walk for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Dependable, courteous, and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
