Internet Car Sales Pro

: Job Summary: Gainesville Hyundai is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Internet Car Sales Pro. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry located in Gainesville, Georgia. As an Internet Car Sales Pro, you will be responsible for selling vehicles to online customers and providing excellent customer service. This is a base plus commission sales job with the potential to earn between $32,400 to $100,000 per year, paid biweekly. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive compensation package of $32,400 to $100,000 per year, based on performance and commission. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401K retirement plan. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to online customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Use various online tools and resources to research and provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and test drives for interested customers.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets set by the dealership.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using online tools and CRM systems.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
