The Precision Companies include Precision Fabricating & Cleaning Co., Inc. (PFC), Precision Mechanical Inc. (PMI) and Precision Enterprises, Inc. (PEI) - separate, but complementary, business units.
Established in 1964, PFC has served the process industry continuously since 1964 and has performed work in aerospace, the food and beverage industry, the energy (hydrogen, nuclear and fossil fuels) industry, for bulk gas suppliers, and for automakers. Our capabilities include all forms of welding, tube and pipe fabrication, structural fabrication, and metal treatments. PFC specializes in the assembly of process and ground support equipment (skid mounted and modular construction) and specialty services, such as, precision cleaning of piping/tubing systems and components, passivation and component reconditioning and testing. PFC is ISO 9001/AS9100 registered.
PMI has been offering mechanical services to a wide array of government, industrial, commercial, and institutional customers since 1986. PMI installs process piping and equipment, plumbing and HVAC systems in hospitals, schools, airports/air bases, semiconductor manufacturing facilities and launch complexes.

Office Administrative Associate
Overview:
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, answering phones, and responding to emails.
Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Assists payroll department with time entry.
Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to establish good rapport with department staff, personnel, and others.
Coordinate shipping and receiving needs.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
Assist with Human Resources activities, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and maintaining compliance with HR policies.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Requirements :
Proven experience in office administration, data entry, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HR software is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Physical Requirements:
Capable of striking keys on a computer keyboard. Using a computer mouse. Lifting up to 25 lbs. Viewing displays on a computer monitor.
