Job Description: • Hiring, training and managing recruiters.• Create a process and strategies for recruiting in the area to meet the clients demand
• Partner closely with Sales to target new clients and ensure top notch service
• Address and resolve customer service issues
• Maintain constant contact with clients through check in calls and meetings.
• Prospect and obtain new clients
• Some travel through out the area to clients, onsite locations, recruiting events, etc. Qualifications: • Bi-lingual Spanish
• 1 years minimum of management experience in sales or recruiting
• Ability to manage a team, a passion for winning and the desire to grow your career, while growing the company.
Base pay is DOE, plus uncapped commission.
