Treasury Services Specialist

: Description:

• Must be passionate about providing exceptional client service experiences for all Treasury Services products and services ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide responsive treasury services support to both customers and internal business partners by demonstrating a deep knowledge of all treasury management products & services.
• Identify inbound request and ensure customer issues receive excellent communication and timely response.
• Maintain or support client quality measures for review and/or evaluation.
• Responsible for client implementation and ongoing support.
• Prepare and process treasury services product and service agreements and related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure successful onboarding of new treasury services customers.
• Responsible for staying current and knowledgeable on all products and services.
• Ensure safe and sound banking practices including adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Meticulous attention to detail such as workflow and processes
• Strongly motivated to stretch outside of comfort zone to tackle new tasks and situations
• Excellent communication skills
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 4+ years working in Treasury Management banking services or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in training clients on basic products, e.g. online banking, remote deposit capture
