Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Conduct credit checks through Equifax and provide prompt approval/denial responses to assist field sales teams in real-time.
• Handle approximately 40 inbound calls per day
• Efficiently dispatch technicians to scheduled appointments, ensuring our service standards are met.
• Proactively adjust errors and address customer inquiries
• Accurately set up and update customer accounts within our CRM

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ Years of Experience working in a call center environment
• Ability to handle high-volume calls with a professional, empathetic, and clear communication style.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and a 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST shift.
• Familiarity with CRM software

Compensation & Logistics

• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour.
• Work-Life Balance: 100% Remote.
• Unique Schedule: Monday–Wednesday & Saturday (12 PM – 9 PM EST). You choose your fifth day: work either Thursday or Friday and enjoy the other day off!
• Employment Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire (We hire with the intent to convert top performers to permanent roles).
