Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care within the assigned specialty.
• Perform patient assessments, treatments, and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Float to other units within competency and scope of practice.
• Participate in the required call rotation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the applicable specialty
• Active state license (if required)
• Current specialty-specific certifications required by the facility
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
