Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has an immediate opportunity for an Experienced Automotive Title Clerk
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Title Experience Required
Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
Highly organized and eagerness to improve
Willingness to take initiative
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Ability to provide quality customer service
Work with all levels of employee
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle title transfers, registrations, and tag applications
- Submit required paperwork to the appropriate state and local county offices
- Verify legal documents including titles, lien releases, and odometer statements
- Handle out-of-state titles and ensure compliance with state requirements
- Maintain accurate and organized deal jackets
- Process payoffs and follow up on title discrepancies to ensure timely completion
- Verify required documents for valid and complaint title transfer
- Stay updated with state-specific title regulations and requirements
