We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Development Manager to drive growth strategy for a global enterprise software leader. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role owns M&A, partnerships, and strategic market intelligence — with direct visibility to executive leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Lead M&A execution : Build acquisition pipelines, evaluate opportunities, and manage full deal flow (diligence → integration → value capture).
- Expand partnerships : Identify, negotiate, and scale alliances that open markets, enhance products, or drive new revenue streams.
- Deliver market insights : Track trends, analyze competitors, and provide executives with actionable recommendations.
- Shape strategic planning : Partner with finance and senior leadership to inform annual and multi-year growth plans.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity (software/tech focus preferred).
- Strong deal execution experience — sourcing, diligence, integration.
- Advanced financial modeling and market analysis skills.
- Executive presence and confidence to engage with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
