Job type: permanent, full time

Qualifications:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

- Dental office experience: 2 years (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Requirements:

- Positive, cheerful attitude

- Strong writing, verbal, and time management skills

- Attention to detail and ability to efficiently multi-task

- Customer service experience

- Ability to work in a group/team setting

- Must display a high level of professionalism

The ideal candidate would also have proficiency with Dentrix, insurance benefits, and dentistry in general (this is not imperative but is preferred).

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to): greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, HIPAA-related tasks, etc.
