The Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals team is dedicated to making your St. Simons Island rental experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are hiring a full-time, Luxury Concierge to oversee Hodnett Cooper’s Premier Property Program and create unforgettable vacation experiences for VIP guests. This includes liaising with 3rd party housekeeping partners, our inhouse maintenance team, and external vendors to ensure the home exudes exceptional condition by performing quality control inspections in an energetic environment. This is the perfect position for someone who is able to work independently in the field or in an office environment, as this position requires both. Work hand in hand with guests to provide first class amenities including scheduling activities and events, making dining reservations or catering, or providing dream décor as our VIP families celebrate special events. Excellent communication skills are necessary. This is a full time-time position and requires weekend work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee cleanliness standards are exceptional prior to guest arrival by rigorously inspecting each large home.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, vendors and third party partners to maintain luxury home to the highest standards.
• Organize and plan activities and itineraries based on guest requests by maintaining in depth knowledge of the reservations systems.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences by maintaining in depth knowledge of the area.
• Communicate with VIP during arrival, stay and departure with exceptional technology skills.
• Assist guests, owners and team members with initiative, optimism and outgoing personality.
• Collaborate when needed but able to multi task, manage time and operate independently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance
• Exceptional communication and follow up skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Proactive and flexible
• Previous experience in luxury guest services, cleaning, maintenance, or related fields
• Able to work outside for portions of the day throughout the year, including summer and winter, while visiting properties

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 based on experience
