In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders in our Commodities organization, translating strategic priorities into practical outcomes that strengthen our culture and enable operational excellence. You will act as a trusted People & Culture partner to senior stakeholders, providing strategic advice across the employee lifecycle, lead and coordinate key talent processes, including promotions, performance management, and employee development. You will drive People & Culture initiatives and projects that enhance employee experience and support business priorities and leverage people data and insights to inform decisions and improve workforce outcomes.

• Proven experience in an HR advisory role with the ability to influence and impact at a strategic level (5+ years experience)
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in commodities and/or a global matrix organization is a plus.
